How do I create an online reservation account for my membership?

To access member benefits, all members must create an online account and log in to:

• Reserve tickets to the zoo
• View member information (e.g., expiration dates, named cardholders)
• Access reservation tickets, past purchases, and donation receipts
• Get discounts on general admission tickets
• Renew your membership, and more

Please note: Purchasing or renewing a membership or receiving zoo emails does not automatically create an online account.

Sign up here: https://go.oregonzoo.org/#/signup. You’ll need:

• A unique email address for each named cardholder who wishes to have an online account (multiple names or member IDs cannot be linked to the same email).
• Your current member number (found on your purchase receipt or by contacting Membership Services at 503-505-5493 or [e-mail])
• The name used for registration must exactly match the name on the member record. Nicknames (e.g., Chris instead of Christopher) are not accepted.
