If you are unable to see the calendar to reserve member tickets or if you cannot see your member discount on purchases:

Log out and back in to your account if your browser keeps you logged in.

Verify that you are logged in.

Go to the My Account section by clicking the down arrow next to your name or selecting the menu icon on a mobile device.
Check your Membership Profile at the bottom of the My Account page. Ensure your membership information is correct and that your membership is active.
If your Member ID is missing or incorrect, add the correct ID in the section above your address and save changes. You may need to refresh the page for it to update.
If your membership has expired or will expire before your visit, you will need to renew it to make a reservation.
If you recently renewed and the update isn't showing online, log out and log back in, then try again.
If you're still having trouble reserving tickets, please email membership@oregonzoo.org and include any error messages or specific issues you're encountering.
