If you renew your membership at a different Build Your Own Pack level, the new membership level will go into effect at the end of your current membership cycle. You will not be able to access any newly added passes until your current membership expires.
We encourage you to not renew your membership earlier than 30 days before your membership expires if you are changing your membership level.
If you need to upgrade your membership (add guests, children or named adults) to your membership before the end of your current membership cycle, please reach out to membership@oregonzoo.org.
