Does my membership start from the moment of purchase or the first time I visit the zoo?

Your membership starts immediately upon purchase. Please note that due to advance timed ticketing requirements for entry, reservations for members may not be available right away, especially popular time slots on weekend mornings and holidays. Reservations are released on a rolling 30-day calendar, with new tickets added each morning by 11:00 AM.

If purchasing or renewing a membership for someone else, inform them to avoid confusion. For surprise gifts, consider purchasing a gift card instead.
