I am the second or third adult on the membership, how do I login?

Only the primary named adult’s email address is connected to the online membership portal. This means only the primary named adult can log in and manage the membership online.

What about other named adults?

• 2nd and 3rd named adults can still visit the zoo without the primary named adult.

• To enter and receive member discounts, they’ll just need:

  • A reservation, or

  • A copy of the membership digital card.

Want all named adults to have online access?

If multiple named adults would like to share access to the membership portal, you can update the account to use an email address that all named adults can access.
