Before resetting your password, please make sure you are using the primary adult’s email address for your membership.
Only the primary adult’s email can receive password reset links.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive:
- The email you entered may not be the primary adult’s email on the membership.
- If your membership expired before 9/8/2025, you may not have an active login yet. A new login is created automatically when you purchase a new membership.
