What has changed?

We’ve launched a new ticketing and membership system to make your zoo experience smoother. Here’s what you need to know:

New features for members
(Primary named members only)

• Membership portal
  View your details, renew in a few clicks, and download your digital membership card.

  • Log in here (primary named members only)

  • Set or reset your password

• Auto-renew
  Enroll in automatic renewal and receive an exclusive yearly discount as our thank-you for your continued support.

• Automatic discounts
  When you’re logged in, your member discounts apply automatically to eligible online purchases.

• Pre-purchase ride tickets
  Buy train and carousel tickets online before your visit—skip the line and head straight to the fun.

• Digital wallet access
  Save tickets and membership cards directly to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy gate entry.

• New digital membership card
  Your member ID number has changed. Download your new card to continue receiving your benefits.

• One digital card per household
  The system issues a single digital card per membership. The primary adult can share it with other named adults on the membership.

• Primary email login
  Your membership is tied to the primary adult’s email. This login manages renewals and ensures discounts apply.

What hasn’t changed

• Access for all named adults: All named adults on your membership can still visit the zoo with or without the primary adult.

• Child and guest passes: Child and guest benefits remain the same and can be used by any named adult on the membership. Children and guests may not use the membership without a named adult present.

• In-zoo discounts: You’ll continue to receive member discounts when shopping, dining, or purchasing tickets in person at the zoo with proof of membership.
