After you've made your member reservation online, simply present your reservation ticket(s) at the gate, along with your photo ID. It's important that every member of your party, including infants, has an advance reservation.
Here are some quick tips:
- Each named adult member with a reservation must show a photo ID; substitutions aren't allowed.
- Unnamed guests need either a member guest reservation or a paid ticket reservation.
- All children, infants, and guests must have a named cardholder present with a photo ID to enter.
For the fastest entry, have your original reservation ticket(s) ready. If you can't find your reservation email, you can log in here to reprint your ticket from your purchase history or search for your order online at https://go.oregonzoo.org/#/Reprint.
Printed and digital versions are acceptable. If you choose to download your ticket to your phone, ensure that the Named Adults are visible along with the QR code. If you've added people to your reservation, you'll have more than one ticket to scan.
