How do I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased online (Recommended):

You can purchase E-gift cards online either electronically for any whole dollar amount at https://go.oregonzoo.org/#/GiftCard 

OR

You can purchase a physical (plastic) gift card in preselected amounts https://www.oregonzoo.org/gift-membership that will be mailed to either you or the recipient. Gift cards will be sent out via Priority Mail with a tracking number. A flat-rate fee set by the US Postal service will apply.

At the zoo:
During the hours the zoo is open (hours vary seasonally please see https://www.oregonzoo.org/visit for current hours) you can purchase a gift card at the zoo gate. Please check in with the staff member in the plaza and they will direct you to the correct window.

By phone (membership gifts only):
You can purchase a physical gift card over the phone by calling Membership Services at 503-505-5493. Gift cards purchased over the phone can be purchased in any dollar amount.
