If you purchased a physical gift card at the zoo, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
For membership gift cards only: If you purchased a physical gift card by phone or online to be used towards a membership, please email Membership Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 503-505-5493 and we will make every attempt to recover the gift card information.
We cannot make any guarantees, but if you provide us with as much information as possible, including the USPS tracking number, the purchaser's name and email, and an approximate time frame in which the gift card was purchased, the chances are great that we can recover your gift card.
