If you are receiving the error:
while logged in to your Membership account please check the following:
Verify that you are logged in.
Please go to the My Account section by clicking the down arrow next to your name or selecting the menu icon on a mobile device.
At the bottom of the My Account page please check the Membership Profile and verify that your membership information is present and accurate, and that your membership is active.
If you member ID is not present or your online account is not showing your current Member ID please add the correct Member ID in the section below your address and save changes.
If your membership is expired or will be expired before your visit date, you will need to renew your membership to make a reservation.
If you recently renewed your membership and the renewal is not reflecting online please log out and log back in and try again.
If you are still having trouble reserving tickets please email email@example.com and include any error messages or specific issues you are having while trying to make a reservation.
