Can my membership be extended if I was unable to use it?

No. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase or renewal and cannot be extended or suspended based on lack of use by the member or due to seasonal operation hour changes or weather closures. Membership is not a guarantee of the zoo's operating hours, nor is it a guarantee for a specific number of visits in a 365 day period.
