Please note: Zoo staff cannot change reservations. These steps apply only to member daytime reservations—not to general admission or special event tickets.
To change your reservation time or date:
- Time: Check for available member slots. If available, email membership@oregonzoo.org or message the Help Center with your member number and reservation details to cancel your current reservation. You can then rebook.

Date: Make a new reservation, then email or message us to cancel the old one so we can release the spot.
Note: Canceled reservations cannot be restored.
To add infants, children, guests, or named adults:
- If you haven’t hit your membership capacity, log in again and reserve additional member spots for the same date/time (if available).
- Bringing non-covered guests or children? Log in as a member to get your 10% discount and buy tickets for the same date and time as your reservation.
- Each added person gets a separate admission ticket—have all tickets ready at the gate.
