The date or time slots for existing member reservations cannot be changed.
If you make an error or your plans change, contact email@example.com to cancel your reservation. Then, you can make a reservation for your preferred time.
For fastest service, please include the order number or transaction ID number of the reservation you want to cancel.
If you chose the wrong date for your reservation, you may simply make another reservation for another day and then let us know by email that you are not going to use the first reservation so that we can make it available for another member.
Important: Be sure that there are member time slots available for the time frame you wish to visit before canceling your existing reservation, as we are unable to retrieve canceled reservations.
