Please note that zoo staff cannot change reservations. Below are instructions for managing your own member reservation. This information does not apply to additional general admission tickets purchased or special event tickets, which cannot be changed or refunded.
To change the time of your existing daytime reservation:
- First, check if there are member reservations available for the time slot you prefer. If no slots are available, it's best to stick with your original reservation, especially if the new time is within an hour of your original time.
- If there are available time slots, let us know, and we'll cancel your existing reservation. You can then immediately make a new reservation. The quickest way to do this is by emailing us at membership@oregonzoo.org or leaving a message in the Help Center here. Please include your member number, order number, or transaction ID of the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Please note that once a reservation is canceled, it cannot be retrieved.
To change the date of your existing reservation:
- Make a new reservation for the day you plan to visit.
- Cancel your original reservation. Inform us which date you won't be using so we can release those spots to other members. You can email us at membership@oregonzoo.org or leave a message in the Help Center here. Remember to include your member number, order number, or transaction ID of the reservation you want to cancel.
