I need to reprint my ticket!

Go to https://shop.oregonzoo.org/ and look for the “Reprint” option on the top tool bar or in the three bar menu on your phone. Next type in the email used to make the purchase along with the last 4 of your credit card or your last name. You will be taken back to your confirmation page to either open the tickets on your phone or print them out on your computer.

For Zoo members, please sign into your online account at https://shop.oregonzoo.org/#/login and then select Purchase History. You will then be able to retrieve your ticket purchases and print them as needed.
