General admission ticket sales are final and may not be resold.

Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine, and we, unfortunately, do not have the ability to offer rain-checks or exchanges. In the event of severe weather, please review our severe weather refund information. If you cannot make your scheduled day, we recommend sharing your non-member tickets with friends or family to use or applying your ticket purchase towards a zoo membership.
