How do I redeem my Gift Membership Voucher?

• Choose the Build Your Own Pack membership level that is listed on your gift membership voucher.

• Enter your member details, add the membership to your shopping cart.

• Select "Apply a promo code", then enter the 10-digit Voucher Code listed on your gift membership voucher and select “Apply”. Your voucher will appear as a Discount under the subtotal.

• Select "Proceed to checkout" to complete your membership activation.

Redemption Terms

• Gift membership vouchers can be applied to any membership level and must be used in full and redeemed by the expiration date on the voucher. 

• Only one gift voucher can be applied to a single membership purchase or renewal. 

• To get the best value, choose a membership equal to or larger than your voucher description. You may redeem your voucher for a different membership than listed on the voucher, however:

  • If the membership level chosen is not the one shown on your voucher, you may pay a difference at checkout. 
    Adults, guests and children are not interchangeable on a voucher. 

  • 

    If you choose a lesser membership level than shown on your voucher, any unused value will be forfeited.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed or combined with any other discount offer or promo code.

• Vouchers cannot be used to upgrade or make changes to any existing active membership.

• Vouchers do not have a stored cash value and cannot be partially redeemed, refunded or used more than once.
