If you are trying to download you digital card to your iPhone and you are encountering an error that says "Unable to download your card" or "Your pass cannot be installed to Passbook at this time"
Please regenerate your card.
On the Download card page at the the bottom you should see the following message
Click the link to regenerate your card. You will receive the following message:
Check your email for the confirmation email from Cuseum and click the link confirming you would like to regenerate your card.
Your card will be regenerated and you will receive an email when it is ready (within 15 minutes).
You can also reach out to membership@oregonzoo.org and we can regenerate your card for you.
