I forgot to add my infant (ages 0-1) in my ticket order, what should I do?

All guests, including infants (ages 0-1) must be included in your reservation. Infant tickets are complimentary with an adult ticket purchase.

If you did not include your infant ticket in your online reservation, please see our plaza greeter at zoo entry at the start of your visit and we can issue an infant ticket to you.

Please note members will need to purchase an additional ticket for any ticketing needs outside of their member benefits.
