Do you offer a refund due to weather?

The zoo is open rain or shine. Ticket sales are non-refundable for any reason including inclement weather, rain, heat or cooler conditions.

In the event the severity of the weather poses a threat to the safety of our guests and staff causing the zoo to close to the public, we will post the closure information on our website and the zoo's social media accounts. If the zoo closes to the public, ticket purchases for the affected time periods for that visiting day will receive a refund.
