Unfortunately we are unable to transfer, make changes or add any items to a reservation for you.
*Please read carefully as only reservation 48 hours or more in advance qualify* For reservations 48 hours or more in advance, you may book a new reservation that works for you if the date and time are available and email both reservation numbers to etickets@oregonzoo.org to request a refund on the original reservation.
Refund requests accompanying a change must be made 48 hours in advance of original reservation date. Please note, all other ticket purchases are non-refundable at this time.
