The fastest way to cancel your member reservation is to simply reply to the reservation reminder email that you should have received 2-5 days before your visit. This email contains your reservation information, so you only have to tell us if you want the entire reservation canceled or just one or two people. The subject line for your reservation reminder email is RE: Your upcoming visit to the Oregon Zoo.
If you cannot find your reservation reminder email, we can look it up for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with helpful information such as your member number and the date of your visit. If you know the transaction ID please include it in your email request.
As soon as you know you are unable to make your reservation or that some of your party will not be attending after all, please let us know right away so that we can make those reservations available to other members who would like to visit the zoo.
