To cancel your member reservation quickly, just reply to the reservation reminder email sent to you 2 days before your visit. In your reply, specify if you want to cancel the entire reservation or only certain tickets. The subject line of this email is "Re: You have an upcoming visit to the Oregon Zoo!"
If you can't find the reservation reminder email, no worries! Just reach out to us at membership@oregonzoo.org with details like your member number and visit date. If you have the transaction ID, include that too.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation or adjust the number of attendees. This allows us to open up slots for other members eager to visit the zoo.
