Can I get a refund on my membership?

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we do not issue refunds. All memberships are considered tax-deductible donations to Oregon Zoo Foundation.

If you are moving out of the area or to another state, we recommend that you check to see if there is a zoo or aquarium in your area that participates in the reciprocal benefit program with Oregon Zoo and other AZA accredited organizations where you can use your Oregon Zoo Membership for discounted admission.
