How to add tickets and get your discount
1. Log In
Go to go.oregonzoo.org, log into your account, and click Buy Tickets > Member Admission.
2. Pick a Date & Time
- Click the calendar icon.
- Green = available, Red = sold out, Gray/White = unavailable or past.
- Select a date and choose a time.
3. Add Tickets
- Use the +/- to reserve spots for:
- Named Adults
- Children (2–17)
- Infants (0–1, max 2 per reservation)
- Guests (any age)
- Click Add to Cart.
4. Check Out
- Click the cart icon at the top of the page.
- Review your date, time, and group size.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and choose Pay By Credit Card (no charge unless buying extra tickets).
5. Confirmation
You’ll get an email with your reservation tickets. Bring them when you visit.
At the Zoo
- Show your reservation ticket(s) and photo ID at the gate.
- Every person—including infants—needs their own ticket.
- Both named adults listed must show photo ID—no swaps.
- Guests need either a member guest reservation or a paid ticket.
- A named adult cardholder must be present for any children, infants, or guests to enter.
Quick Tips
- Can’t find your ticket? Log in to your account or go to Reprint Tickets to download again.
- Printed or digital tickets are fine—just make sure Named Adults and QR codes are visible.
- If you added multiple people, you’ll have multiple tickets to scan.
Reminders
- You cannot swap a guest for a named adult. Guests not covered by your membership need a general admission ticket.
- Both named adults must show photo ID if listed on the ticket.
