When you renew or upgrade your membership to Oregon Zoo your digital card will automatically update to reflect your new expiration date within 10 days of your purchase. However, you may still need to refresh your card inside your digital wallet to see the new details.
To refresh your card:
- You can close the app, wait five seconds and open it again.
- If you are still not seeing the correct card information, please reach out to membership@oregonzoo.org for assistance.
If you have an iPhone your card may not update, but you can download your card again to receive the new information. Your download link is located in the Membership Matters monthly email, you can also request your link by emailing membership@oregonzoo.org.
