Are tickets refundable?

General admission ticket sales are final and many not be resold.

Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine, and we, unfortunately, do not have the ability to offer rain-checks or exchanges. If you cannot make your scheduled day, we recommend sharing your non-member tickets with friends or family to use or applying your ticket purchase towards a zoo membership. In the event of severe weather, please review our severe weather refund information. 

Our refund policy is stated prior to purchase in the please read carefully before purchasing your ticket section and in the terms and conditions acknowledged before payment at checkout.

Train & carousel tickets are non-refundable but can be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. Zoo admission purchase is required to use train or carousel tickets.
