How do I add a caregiver, nanny, or babysitter to my membership?

If you already have two named cardholders and want to add a caregiver, please contact Membership Services at [e-mail] or 503-505-5493 for details on how to upgrade.

To add a caregiver, your membership must include at least one child pass. The caregiver add-on costs $59 and is limited to one per membership per year. Caregivers must be 18+ and show a photo ID along with the digital card or reservation ticket(s) at the entrance.

We cannot add multiple caregivers to a membership. If your caregiver changes, please contact us for options.

Any named cardholder, including the caregiver, can bring children covered by your membership to the zoo with proof of membership and photo ID at the gate or by making a reservation online.
