How do I add a caregiver, nanny, or babysitter to my membership?

If you already have two named cardholders and you wish to add a named caregiver to your membership, please contact Membership Services at [e-mail] or by calling 503-505-5493 for more information on upgrading.

All named adults, including caregivers, must be 18 years or older. A named caregiver add-on is $59, is not interchangeable or transferable, and is strictly limited to one named caregiver/nanny per membership per year. Your caregiver will be required to show a photo ID along with the reservation ticket(s) at the entrance.

At this time, we cannot accommodate multiple named caregivers/nannies on a single membership. If your caregiver/nanny changes before your membership expires, please contact [e-mail] for your options.

Any named cardholder on your membership, including your named caregiver, can bring children covered by your membership to the zoo by logging in and making an appropriate reservation.
