If you receive a message that your email is already associated with a membership account, these are the most common reasons:
- You already created an online account and just need to reset your password.
- Renewing a membership without logging in first, or if your renewal was a gift from another person. This action creates a brand new membership instead of extending your original membership by 365 days. If you used your email to register for your original membership, you will not be able to create an account for your new one until you contact Membership Services for assistance.
- You were a named cardholder on another membership in the past and created an account at that time. You will not be able to create an account for your new membership until you contact the Membership Office for assistance.
