All members must sign up for an online membership account and be logged in to:
- Reserve tickets to the zoo
- Access member information such as expiration dates and named cardholders
- Find copies of your reservation tickets, past purchases and donation receipts
- Receive discounts on general admission tickets
- Renew your membership, and more
Purchasing or renewing a membership or receiving Oregon Zoo emails does not mean that you have registered for an online membership account.
Sign up here: https://shop.oregonzoo.org/#/signup. You must have:
- One unique email address per named cardholder. It is ok to only have one email account per membership, but only one named cardholder may register a single email.
- Your current member number. Your member number will be on your purchase receipt. You may also request your member number by calling or emailing the Membership Office at 503-505-5493 | firstname.lastname@example.org along with the name of at least one of the named cardholders for the account.
